As a Christian organization we uphold specific foundational beliefs. However, we do specifically prohibit you or any visitor from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage what could be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. Legatus will fully cooperate with authorities or court orders requesting details of criminal postings. Termination of This Agreement
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from the Legatus website, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. Legatus may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you or its users or members, if--in its sole judgment--you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
